Packages
Our comprehensive, discounted packages are designed for your convenience. Should you opt not to complete a package, we will adjust the cost based on the services already rendered at their regular price. Any remaining balance will be converted into a store credit. This credit can be utilized across our diverse range of services or for the purchase of gift cards, ensuring optimal value during your time with us.
Retail
While we maintain a high standard of product quality, we regret that refunds on purchases cannot be facilitated. Nevertheless, should you encounter any issues, such as a potential product defect, we are committed to assisting you. Simply return the item within 30 days of purchase, and we will gladly exchange it for an identical product.
Gift Cards
We regret to inform you that gift card purchase refunds are unavailable. However, they serve as an exceptional means to share the Gallery of Aesthetics experience with your loved ones.
